Yes, it is away from the centre of Kowloon, but this was an advantage as the views and peace and quite was a real bonus when relaxing in the evening having a drink overlooking Hong Kong island. The shuttle bus is every 30mins and takes 10-12 mins which cannot be even classified an inconvenience as it could this long from the centre of Kowloon to other parts in a taxi in traffic. Highly recommended for business and pleasure. 13
